Teach about biogas in your classroom

Learn how to build a biogas-producing biodigester
The perfect activity for science class!
Micro4Biogas is a European research project optimising the production of biogas. We want to take our research out of the lab to demonstrate the potential of biogas in energy production.

With just a few materials, you can assemble a mini biodigester with which you will be able to produce biogas to light a flame and discuss one of the most promising renewable energies with your students. They will learn how waste, from food to animal residues, can be turned into a powerful energy source that lights up our houses, warms our food and moves us on our daily commute.
